Solga vitamin c tablets are large but doable with a big glass of water. Half a tablet twice a day solves the problem of swallowing such a large tablet.

The quality of this product is great. My stomach can rest in peace. They are a well respected brand.
The solgar vitamin c 1500 mg tablets are recommended for daily use. Normal solvable tablets from supermarkets are 1000 mg or less. This is an excellent high strength to tackle winter colds and flu. Solgar have been around for years and are reputable.
Cons
The vitamin c / ascorbic acid needed makes it unviable for a tablet form of vitamin c. The coating is far too thin. I like to chew my vitamin c pills, and this has really burned the back of my *.

I always tend to go for solgar as they are a reputable brand you can make many mistakes going for the cheapest and they contain nothing that’s good for you always go for reputable brands otherwise it’s a waste of money
