Pros

The solgar products deliver great results. I do not know what my levels were, but thanks to a reviewer here, i am a whole lot better. Super pleased with solgar.

Cons

Mcg is the same as 1000 iu, not 10,000 iu. The pills were glued together and will not come out. The product that was shipped to me says it expires 2 years from now but it smells completely rancid.

I liked many of the high quality products and will buy them again.
