I dont go out a lot and dont drink much milk or consume many dairy products so got these to make sure i had enough vitamin d but im not exactly sure if its necessary

I dont feel any different after taking them and im not sure if youre supposed to i dont know how vitamin d is supposed to work or what it really even does but i assume that taking these is giving me all the required vitamin d that i need and that it works fine so i have no issues with it
