As i sometimes when hear the alarm i turn it off and go back to sleep but not sinccce i have this alarm i wake up pretty straight away as loud sound wakes me up straight

The light can turn on in the morning with the alarm clock setting

If you set your alarm and get up and put the light on it always seems too harsh on your eyes

Any button can be pushed on the clock for the alarm to turn off and the alarm remains active unless you decide to turn it off
