It's a time-saver in that it's an ingredient that is already prepared for many recipes, one of which is pignoli cookies. Excellent for making almond bread and pastries.
Cons
Its a hefty block of super sweet low quality almond paste. This means that effectively i only got 3 boxes of almond paste for the price of 4.

I didn’t need all of them 1 or 2 would have worked but they all have a long date 12024 they will last past well past when i’ll use them all
