Loved it. Sometimes hard to find locally. Nice item. This almond paste works perfectly for making frangipane.
Cons
Solo almond paste comes out of the package dry. When rolled, it cracks and breaks apart. Water oozes through the fondant and creates a mess.

Once opened i was able to just dump the can shaped lump of paste on my cutting board easily enough and i proceeded to cut it into pieces to freeze
