Pros
This is an important ingredient in old family receipe that i can no longer find in retail stores. I love the fact that it was so easy ordering it online. Solo products are a staple in my baking, i use them exclusively.
Just the right amount to make two poppyseed rolls. My grandmother always used solo canned poppyseed to make a poppyseed cake that was superb in taste plus deliciously dense.
Cons
This is the first time i tried this product and i was very disappointed. Also, nauseatingly sweet. These were dented before shipping. Title is deceiving.

I’ve made this poppyseed cake for over 50 years and in all that time, solo has consistently produced a high quality product.
This is the second or third time that i have bought this product.

Makes slovak poppyseed roll just like mama’s

The only problem is that even though solo produces the poppy seed filling they have allowed many companies to sell it to consumers causing the cost of the cans of poppy seed to rise in price

This poppy seed filling tastes very similar to the poppy seed filling my grandmother made from scratch
