Only one wheel rolls freely. I have a samsonite bag which rolls a thousand times better than this one.

Everything falls out way too easily. The padding for the laptop is also very thin. It also causes the bag to hang up on the smallest bumps and any edges. For its size, the interior space and layout is deficient. To big and bulky for the purpose.
