Pros
The portfolio was delivered as promised. We are very pleased with the portfolio and with the way the seller handled our delivery. Not only is it a very good looking briefcase, but the functionality is also fantastic!
Only problem is the retracting strap is a little weak. The laptop area is very well padded, using the space created for the strap retracting mechanism. Now that it has a textured shoulder pad, it stays put when carried.
For a busy man who uses this bag about every day of the week, it's quite durable. The quality of his bad is superior than any other bag i have used. Zippers are decent quality as well.
Cons
Outside seems relatively the same except for smaller, weaker zipper pulls and a flimsier shoulder pad on the strap. Sides tearing out, strap pad losing seam.

Sturdy, well constructed, several compartments, and i love the retractable strap.
Clever product, well-balanced and stands up on its own regardless of its contents, and the strap is amazing.
I bought it again because the zipper broke after a lot of wear and tear.
I was very disappointed as i did not have this problem on my other bag after years of use.

Luckily, this was at a lower price than i paid 5 years ago.
Briefcase is bigger than i thought and therefore provides more value for what i paid for.
Packaging/appearance
As soon as i let them know my bag had a tear, they looked at the photo and immediately agreed to send a replacement.
Competitiveness
And, i think, the product was better than the offerings of the same price, that i found at staples.

The ballistic nylon outer shell looks just about the same as when i bought it

The handles have some slight cracking underneath where your fingers grab but you cant see it and thats the only wear it shows

Its still in great condition but due to its age im thinking about buying a new one and my only reservation is that the new one might be a disappointment that it might not be as well made
