Turns out that the padding in my factory cushions had completely worn out and the plastic housing was up against my ears.

The 34cooling34 is a little dropper to add a bit of water to the material inside i didnt use it because im not a fan of moisture next to electronics and i live in a humid area where evaporative cooling is nearly useless
