Solstice was extremely helpful and addressed the bug with their website return link.
Packaging/appearance
The product comes nicely packed in a travel bag, which has plenty of extra room, making it easy to repack after use.
They came packaged just fine with no defects that i could see.
Competitiveness
It is still taller than the others sold on amazon.
While it is a similar capacity to barrel shaped plunges, this one being more bathtub-shaped lends itself to much more versatile use.
