Volume controls don't control the volume but instead, which ear the sound comes through. The mic randomly goes quiet with seemingly no reason and sometimes the headset cuts out randomly. Stopped working within days.

Headset is pretty and really comfortable but as itd usb connector i was told i could buy an adapter for use in earphone jack this didnt work

Thankfully the headset worked being plugged in to the switch dock which is what itll be used for mainly anyway but if my daughter wants to play her switch handheld these are no use because they dont work with the adapter

We bought her her own set of pink cat ear headphones which she lovesthe usb connection has never failed me and i much prefer it to the alternative as it means i can use it with my laptop without an adapter
