The head doesnt moveit just vibrates

During use the ultrasonic motion of the head will pause for a second which indicates you should move over to the next part of your mouth normally i divide these into quarters two top and top bottom

Ipx7 waterproof means that it can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 mins not that i’d brush my teeth whilst in the pool or even in the bath or under the shower handy if dropped in the bath though

The brush head is also small enough to reach awkward areas i have all of my wisdom teeth and it can be difficult getting a regular toothbrush to give a proper clean of them without hurting my gum or back of my mouth
