Pros

These connect easily and work great! This happens infrequently but enough that resetting them remotely via our abode security system is a real convenience.

The sonoff s31 works great with my samsung smartthings hub. No need to add the sonoff app, it works native in smarthings. I have two other vendors' zigbee devices, and they both take advantage of the s31 as a connection point.

The s40 lite is a gateway to a world of automation and convenience. Ease of use and seamless integration make it a perfect choice for anyone looking to add smart functionality to their home.

Cons

Sonoff i plug fails to integrate with home assistant/conbee ii. Asks for a qr code and nothing on the device or box to scan. Doesnt even connect to its own manufacure app ewelink.

Something is amiss with this brand. They are mislabeled. After some research, these are not ul listed.

I have no intention of allowing a faulty device to ruin my wife's little trees, in order to prove to a vendor that a 9 dollar item is faulty. Very poor customer service, in my humble opinion.

For the price these function as well as any other.

This has exceeded my expectations and works the same as genuine samsung smartthings outlets.

I was using this with "home assistant" but tried sonoff's ewelink app, this also failed to link up with the device.

Avoid the name brands and enjoy the same technology for a reasonable price.
