Iit is supported by zha so once the battery protector was removed and the device was put into pairing mode it paired and connected to home assistant quite quickly

With 3 router class deviceslight bulbs in the same room it reports a good rssi of 73 dbm and looking at the zigbee network map it has bound itself to the closest router devicewhich is 50cm away from it not all devices do this which is why its notable

Further on the detection the device will flash a red led every time it detects new motion which is a useful debugging feature to tell if the issue is with home assistant or the device
