Pros
Easy setup. No issues. Haven't had to change the battery yet. Only downside is that the clips holding the battery door shut tend to break off when you open the unit to install batteries.
The nuc has a built-in smart home automation system. It works with samsung's smartthings and google's assistant.
Sonoff cr2450 temperature and humidity sensors. Temperature sensor rises way more than other reference sensors. Motion sensor is super easy to add to the network.
Cons

It works but only marginally. Other than that, everything is downhill. These are only good if you have humidity at 60% and below.
The signal is not consistent and always disconnects or goes unresponsive. Despite this, unable to re-pair with my hub even 2 feet away. Instead, it requires a reset and needs to be added again.
Sonoff says my 5 sensors are faulty. All sensors are very very unreliable. The sensor is way too sensitive and detects people from the floor above.
One unit, which is only 4 meters away from the zigbee controller always stops working. You rejoin it to the network, it produces a handful of data points and stops again. They lose connectivity to the hub on a regular basis.

Don’t know where all the issues in the other reviews are coming from as they work great for me and for the price i can’t really complain.
Packaging/appearance
I bought a package of 4 and 1 unit always incorrectly indicates low batt even though i put it a fresh one.
I was surprised at the small size of the sensor when i opened the package.
Competitiveness
The other brand would not even try and provide any help once they knew i was not using their zigbee coordinator.
I was using another brand of door/window sensors, but they would drop off out of the blue.
Much smaller than other brands that i have used.

The sonoff door sensors and temp humidity sensor show up in the google home app but you cant read the status or temperature withint google home

But if you do the hey google thing goole assistant will respond correctly with openclose status and temp reading
