Pros & Cons
Pros
Installation is easy using docker and velcro loops. Works with raspberry pi 4 running home assistant. Works perfectly with ha running in docker.
Easy to set up and much easier to add than wifi. Great bang for buck to bootstrap or extend (with the router firmware) your zigbee network. I plan to keep adding philips hue devices to this network since they have been so solid.
Cons
Wasted all kinds of time trying to debug my homeassistant setup. The led on it lights up but it wouldn't get recognized in home assistant. Smashed with hammer and throw away. Very annoying, for a device that was connected to a usb extension, and worki... Read More

I have been using it for 5+ months and it is very stable and solid.
I was used the nortek husbzb-1 z-wave + zigbee stick and after a long period of stability home assistant was unresponsive at startup.
The manufacturer has the hub region locked and even after going back and forth with their support team nothing fruitful came out.

Packaging/appearance
The first one had the exact same name in almost the exact same box.
The device came in a plain box and looked brand new.
Look for "base on ti cc2652p + cp2102n"avoid -->>"base on efr32mg21 + ch9102f"if this matters to you.
Competitiveness
The newer firmware going forward is ember and requires the e stick instead.
You can do updates from from the linux command line, but sonoff could do a bit better.
My only complaint is that zigbee devices themselves tend to be more expensive than their wifi counterparts.
