Quality
So far i am pleased with the lens.
It gave me a wonderful range without compromising any of the quality of the photos.
The over-sized barrel, along with the silver color just didn't work for me.
So i stick with the autofocus, which works well so long as the camera's focus assist is turned off, at least for outdoor shots.
Price
18-200mm is an incredibly versatile range, and it makes this a great jack-of-all-trades.

People think it's a copy and paste from the tamron .

This lens is an excellent travel lens that i use with my sony a6300 mirror less camera.
It's smaller 62mm size makes it even lighter than the 67mm version.
I first tried sony's original e mount 18-200mm lens.

The one complaint i have is that the manual focus ring is so sensitive that it is almost impossible to maintain a focused position

I had shot from 18mm to almost 200mm not sure the softness at 200mm

I put on a tripod and shoot landscape with lightsreflection on water that kind of pictures i wanted it still comes out really blur even on the lcd screen cant imagine the disappointment on a pc

So this comes down to conclusion of just daylight or day time photography
