Pros

One of the standout features of this headset is its versatility. The design is really modern and streamlined. No issues and rather flawless.

The nylon earpads are not only comfortable but also incredibly durable. With the soft ear cups and headband, it's very comfortable to wear. Soft padding not only on the ear pieces but also the headband!

Transparency / noise cancelation. The noise cancelling is a great addition as is the bluetooth for use on other platforms. The sound cancelling in good but not great.

Cons

The lack of durability is disappointing. The absence of full functionality in a renewed item, particularly in the realm of electronics, raises concerns.

This headset is terrible compared to my astro a50 headset. Stock sound is muffled and has too much bass. The audio is actually good, but the mic is not it.

No supervisor to talk to, the agents are clearly instructed to stonewall the customer in situations like this.

I have used them on my pc as well as my ps5 and connection is fast and the sound quality is awesome.

The sound quality is very nice and i really dig the spatial sound feature.
