Pros

I like how the power led somewhat resembles the player led on the dualsense controller. The best tv processors are usually reserved for larger screens beginning around 40inches. Replaced our 20 year old sony 32 lcd tv with this one.

Upholds sony’s reputation of quality and sharpness. I still have my mom and dads tv and works great.

I have an old sony stereo receiver (str-de935) and it appears that this tv uses the exact same volume ir codes as that receiver.

Cons

Hdmi externals are so mixed up they intercept different functions. Too much bass to the point of sounding muddy. The set also needs its brightness turned up high as daytime light made the screen a challenge to see.

We are disappointed at having to return it in less than a month of purchasing it. I was told sony made premium tvs, this one is not. My beware of sony and their service reps.

Navigation is terrible, it’s the slowest tv i’ve ever had. It constantly loses wifi and i have to reconnect it. The sony interface is convoluted and has no more features than the roku did.

Sound does not line up all the time and you must turn off and on tv

Home screen and navigation are excellent, however, the system update took forever.

Price

Inexpensive, hdr, smart tv with lots of horsepower to run streaming apps smoothly, and 4 hdmi ports are plenty for 1080p gaming consoles.

I think it’s worth the extra $.

Price was a little up there, but picture quality alone is worth it!

The google tv user interface is much better than vizio, samsung, lg, or any other platform.

This 32 inch sony has greatly improved my viewing compared to the cheaper lg models i owned before ( esp the smaller 24in lg’s).

I bought this because i have two other sony tvs.

I purchased it to replace a samsung tv of the same size because of various problems.
