The remote is compact but excellent. The remote has a sleek aluminum finish and cuts down size removing number *. Love the backlit remote.
In my estimation it's hard to beat the picture on a sony oled. The flexibility of the system, from audio to internet connection are really impressive.
Easy to set up out-of-the-box, merely plug and play. It's incredibly easy to setup (using the google home app), and use. Very user friendly, has lots and lots of features.
All services work well and play 4k uhd without a hiccup. The motion clarity beats lg, samsung, all of them hands down. I contrast that experience with our awful samsung tvs that had noticeable lag when pressing any button. Speakers for this t.
Cons
No main led light when turned on, does not loads any os, only blinks a little when the on button is long pressed. I have to put this tv in apps only mode for it to play anything most apps run terribly. Sony's global warranty does not exist for them.

Quality
The picture quality is bar none the best i have ever owned.
The picture quality is unlike anything i’ve ever seen (at least in my house).
But the real issue is with the overscan correction option and automatic overscan correction when connected to my rtx 2080 super.
The remote is small and solid and appears very minimal button wise but works with the set where most remote functions are on screen.

Really wanted the a95k 55" but it was about double the price.
Packaging/appearance
No brightness or image shift when you move off center of the screen.
Competitiveness
It is certainly more expensive than its competition, but -in my opinion- it is worth the expense.
I have the best at the time samsung qled 95 i think, and this office tv rivals the picture from it @ 4x the cost.

The screws involved are remarkably small so be prepared to run to home depot for a suitable micro screwdriver set

My house is a sony tv house having moved away from samsung products and their awful app environment short support windows and subpar performance in my opinion
