Pros
Hdr10+ is set on by hand. You end up getting lost in all these settings that only a sound tech would know. Rather than messing with all the settings.
Sony ubp-x700 blu-ray player vs panasonic *-ub420-k. Both the 420 and 700 provide noticeably better color, contrast, and clarity. Like hp and compaq, quality has nose dived to one step above chinese clones.
A huge upgrade from my last 4k player. Menu is easy to navigate and user friendly. Bugs bring it down a few pegs.
This thing is fantastic. Picture quality is outstanding. Excellent picture quality, depth & color.
Cons
It freezes constantly & has to be rebooted. Sometimes it shuts off in the middle of booting up.
It is way too expensive for the frustration it causes. Way disappointing. Bought a sony blu-ray player with 4 k up scaling.
This dvd player pauses excessively with any movie. Would not rewind or skip to the next chapter.
