The * are deep, even with high brightness. The coating on the screen does a good job minimizing ambient reflections. The screen is excellent at reducing glare.
Once you plug it in, it starts setup. Comes extremely well packaged and well branded on the box. Set up was quick and easy.
Bravia cam recognizes where you are in the room and how far you are from the tv. It adjusts sound and picture settings so they're just right. Game menu also has settings including screen size, black equalizer, and motion blur.
Cons
Great picture but google is by far the worst smart tv interface ever invented.

This latest bravia 8 really blows away some of the other oled tvs we have.

Menus are easy to navigate quickly and you don’t have to go through dozens of sub menus to get what you want.
Packaging/appearance
Pretty well packaged (although it strangely did not have a protective film over the screen).
Competitiveness
To the naked eye, the refresh rate for gaming seems better than other game - tv set ups i've seen.

The way the sun sets in the afternoon the rays hit our tv with such force that we actually cannot use the remote to change the channel unless we walk right up to the tv and protect the sensor area so normally we just leave what ever is on on until the sun sets a bit this is for about 45 minutes each sunny afternoon

To my surprise this tv did not have the same issue and i would vividly watch the show even through sunset

Sound is good but let’s be honest you’re going to want to hook this up to a good soundbar or surround sound system to really round out your entertainment experience
