Pros
The sound quality is amazing as well it is like surround sound. Easy to set-up, vibrant picture color and dolby atmos sound. Once additional apps are downloaded, if necessary, the picture quality remains excellent.
The remote is rather bulig and ugly but it is intuitive, and not annoying like the lg pointer. The included sleep timer is easy to access so you can fall asleep watching tv and not have to worry about sensor burn in.
The screen boasts exceptional sharpness, with vivid and naturally rendered colors. The colors and display is extremely vibrant and crisp.
The initial setup, including downloading updates, takes about an hour, but the physical setup itself only requires a few minutes. Set up is a breeze. No issues straight out of the box.
Cons
This is the worst tv we've ever bought. The main reason is that it will not stay connected to my wifi. Maybe this is just a new tv model that needs a few iterations to work out the *?

Competitiveness
This tv was on par with our older tcl in terms of price when we bought it new, so that is mostly what i will be comparing it to.
This tv is great for the price and the picture quality is comparable to other tvs with much hiring price points.
I had previously purchased a samsung for the same price and was very disappointed with the picture quality.
Imagine my surprise, when side by side this (admittedly smaller) bravia display at 1/5 the price point of the lg held its own!
