Overall this is a fantastic choice for the price.

I wasn’t looking to spend this much on a tv, but so far every penny has been worth it.

I think a product of this cost shouldn't skimp on a user manual.

I can't address reliability or comparative price, just what i feel and what i see with my own eyes.

Arrived promptly and did all they were supposed to do.

Two days after the sony 55-inch arrived, we had it up and running in our kitchen dining area.

Delivery to me took over a week filled with trouble, that cost one star.

Amazon delivered quickly and were nice enough to not just leave it on my porch.

Packaging/appearance

The simple stuff first; it comes extremely well packaged and well branded on the box.

Unpacked 77 inch sony tv, placed on stand, plugged it in and inspected for damage.

The packaging was easy to open with scored areas on the front.

Pretty well packaged (although it strangely did not have a protective film over the screen).

This tv replaces my previous model year tv, the somewhat equivalent the bravia xr a80l from 2023.
