Pros

Eye-auto focus is so spot-on, it allows me to capture images of families and kids that were mostly impossible prior to eye- auto focus. I guess if you need the extra megapixels just get the a1 but this is a monster overall.

I find more eye relief because the image quality is so good now.

I am excited each time a new sony product comes to the market as it only helps me improve the quality of my images.

Increased resolution in the evf but with the same speed/refresh rate as the a9.

If you have shot with the a9 in the past, you already know there is no equal for capturing action.

Packaging/appearance

The a9ii, while it still doesn't have 1/250th sync like any pro camera should, at least you can count on the 1/200th.
