Pros
Sony delivers great picture quality. The images are crisp and sharp. Sound quality and picture quality is superb.
Service and installation was completed in time by the service engineer. Thanks again to kannur service center.
Cons
Motherboard dead within 2 months of purchase. Raised complaint and explaining multiple times i was offered a replacement. Have raised a request on sony cc now.
Os is at its worst, too slow. Despite having a 150mbps connection, the tv frequently disconnects from internet.
Screen cast/ screen mirroring is very poor. Casting facility is hopeless on this tv. Huge lag when you're operating on your phone and what tv shoes.
Save your self the heartache and do not buy from this seller. Tvs at half price are available with better specs but still i went for sony brand but very disappointed.

The picture quality of this tv is on top level but the sound is not upto what i expected with this price range.

Comes with ps5 features, extremely good quality pictures and loud and clear sound and from a reliable brand.
Sony is best in quality and durability compared to other brands ,that's why it is expensive compared to other brands.
