Pros
Sony bravia x80aj is one of the best tvs from the brand. Picture and sound quality are awesome. Triluminous display is awesome. Picture quality is as expected picture is decent.
Product is as we expected & justified sony standard. Installation completed just now.
Cons
When we force restart the tv it becomes fine, but this problem appears again after few hours of usage. The installation team and the team that visited later agree that the tv that was delivered to me is defective and needs to be replaced.
Plastic used for bezel is very bad. It bends on touch. No local dimming and frame dimming is disaster. Backlight bleeding is very disturbing while watching hdr content.
