This is a funky looking but well-worth-it gem. Use it for outdoor deck. It is a pleasant size that doesn't overwhelm the kitchen counter.

Sony sterno. Tv is sturdy and the sound is great! The stations are preset. Compared to my new truck's radio, i receive more fm stations and they are clearer.

My bride and i like to listen to recorded books while doing menial tasks. It plays cds flawlessly, has an am/fm receiver with good sensitivity. It records either on it's cassette recorder/player, one feature tough to find nowadays.

Sony cfds50 portable cd,cassette, am/fm unit, the cd player occasionally skips when playing songs. It keeps serching the disk and blinking signals for seconds on the panel. Used alcohol on cotton swab to clean laser to no avail.

The boombox of yesterday was lost to yesterday. Does not recommend opening to repair that, recommends to get a new one. I think it should have lasted longer than two years with light usage.

This is the crappiest sounding piece of audio equipment i have ever heard. The speakers sound like they are blown. The materials seems flimsy for the price. It's a sucky boombox with sucky sound.
