Quality
I am happy with our choice and look forward to many edited videos to share with the family.
I haven't had disappointments with the zoom but i did install a wide angle adapter for better room coverage.
So its not the cameras bad quality it will come out fine after export or just on the camera.
The quality of the pictures and movies you take to the card are not noteworthy.
Price
Keep in mind that these rooms cost millions of dollars to build and maintain.
No matter what you send in thats the price.
Packaging/appearance
I borrowed a friends zr-85 and thought the video qualitiy was not as good especially in less than ideal lighting.
And if you are experiencing problems with any electronic device out of the box return it or swap it out.

When you import and when you are editing on your computer the video is not going to look good
