Pros
Some add-ons i would suggest are a uv filter to protect the lense, some mini dv tapes, a carrying case and an extra battery. This camera has a very nice lens, so buy a lens filter for it to keep it from being scratched.

The trv25 had just come out and i got 2 bad units in a row with the same defect returned them both and sought out the trv17 based on its reputation
