I was only refunded $15. These are not the sony blue packaged cassettes that are made in the usa for camcorder using n. When someone does answer they are extemely rude, condescending, and transfer you to another dept.

No issues so far, quality seems to be fine.
Video clarity is excellent as its digital.
I erased and re-recorded on the same cassette upto 5 times and it still works great.
Good luck finding singles in a bricks and mortar establishment unless they specialize in the field.

Best price i found, for the kind of tapes (there are higher quality varieties of tape, but this should do the job for most of us).
