Pros

The sound without headphones is good and great with headphones. My grandkids enjoy this on trips and i like it when i want to watch a movie in bed. It also plays mp3's and audio cds flawlessly.

Gb 2 1/2 camcorder home movie dics, it is quite nice. Better than the 7 inch models for viewing. Screen is big enough that all of my kids can see the movie when i set it on the center between the seats.

Cons

It works but it's cumbersome. Not at the sturdy quality i've come to expect from sony. It's so bad now that it's not usable.

The advertised 6 hour battery turns out to be a 4 hour battery. And the battery power i believe advertises that it lasts up to 4 or 5 hours. But worst thing is that sony portable device batteries regularly fail within a couple years.

The 9 inch has these useless *. Its default is 7 screen. The touch sensitive * are really hard for my 5y. The remote has way too many *. Because these * are so sensitive.

Packaging/appearance

Order this portable sony and it's coma with very good packaging and the item is perfect.

Easy to see and hear, yet small enough to watch in the office and store easily out of the way.
