Pros

If you're under a budget and appreciate beginner level wildlife photography, this is a good choice. Good lens with great zoom withinbudget rate. Slow autofocus but once it identifies the subject, sbilization is just awesome!

The pictures quality is good but not so sharp.

It's affordable and lightweight, good for beginners.

If you’re under a budget and appreciate beginner level wildlife photography, this is a good choice.

If you are looking for a cheap, budget zoom lens for the alpha cameras i would recommend this.

Sharpness is to be desired, hey this costs 5 times less than your premium ones so no complaints.

Competitiveness

I used this with an older model sony alpha 3000 and it worked like a charm.

Focus is prominent and ideal in well lit conditions, making it a good deal for sony mirrorless line-up.
