It’s worth the price and you won’t be let down by the quality.
Like to range i can reach and i like the quality of the photos
I get more misses with the sony than with any other lens.
However, the carrying bag provided by sony is of poor quality.

An excellent lens that's well worth the price.
Shipping
The autofocus with my sony a7riii is not as fast, with this lens as with the 70-300mm one that i own.
Packaging/appearance
Right now one star deduction for amazon packaging!
No doubt the lens was banging back and forth form end-to -end in the carton.
There was damage to the lens box; no doubt from bouncing from end-to-end in the box.
I opened it in front of delivery person to verify the contents.
Competitiveness
I shoot with a sony a7iii and decided to also get myself the 1.
This lens has good af, 600mm and longer reach with a teleconverter and picture quality of my canon lenses.
Obviously with thst much zoom, you lose some focus depending on weather conditions.
The lens performed better with a9 than a7riii.

The fact sony still hasnt incorporated an arcaswiss leg is silly but thankfully there are third party options but that adds to the overall cost of the lens

I dont really like bringing a tripod or monopod everywhere i go so attached are a couple of handheld shots

I have read occasional claims that there is variable quality in the manufacture of the sony 200600 but i found that it took about 34 days to get satisfactory results and to learn how to optimize performance due to weight need for a better monopod than i previously worked with increase the shutter speed control glare with slight closure of the aperture
