Pros
There is a separate setting that can set only the bass and treble seperately. At last, my sub get really louder. I use the sound bar with logitech 650 remote, no issues, all functions work perfectly.

Blue tooth sub woofer is an excellent feature. Iphones flawlessly connect to soundbar. Bluetooth feature is especially cool - i have an ipod touch and streaming from it is the main way i listen to music.
Bought to pair with 48 4k samsung tv. Easy setup using hdmi(arc), and this bar and the samsung get along perfectly. Perfect sound bar for any new hdtv or 4k tv. Sold as part of a recommended bundle with my sony xbr55x810c tv.
Once mounted though, and after you get used to the goofy design, it's great. Slim and stylish. No complaints on the quality of sound.
Cons
Subwoofer's crossover frequency is a ridiculous 200 hz. The sub is strong but voices are not. The dialog is tiny and does not stand out in action movies. Even when you turn the volume up to hear the dialogue it is still a frustratingly small sound.
It has much a much better subwoofer for average tv viewing and comes with the additional benefit of a full parametric equalizer. I am forced to use a fiber optical cable from the cable box to the soundbar's. The remote is is not intuitive and difficul... Read More

The sound quality is excellent and has real power.
The clicker master of the house loves the larger remote and we both love the quality!
You can tell the difference in sound and the quality is clear and bass comes through effectively at the right parts of the movie.
Got a really good deal on the product.
Packaging/appearance
Sound very good and pairing with wireless subwoofer worked right out of the box - i didn't do anything other than plug it in.
Competitiveness
I've got a sony tv and a sony blu-ray player and they're like two peas in a pod.
Like i said, i am still a novice when it comes to home sound systems.

The included mounts are terrible and there are only 2 holes on the back which are very far apart and make it difficult to find universal brackets that work with it

If youre not going to listen to music with heavy bass tones and intend to use it only because the sound from your high def 72 tv is terrible the woofer is a waste of money

The one criticism i have is that i cant seem to get it to work on anything other than the remote that came with the unit
