Pros

After checking out the reviews i can honestly say this speaker is really excellent. Good product, nice sturdy construction. It is awesome!

This soundbar is, by far, the best in this price range. My tv hangs on the wall across from my bed and the soundbar sits on my wifes dresser directly under it. I have a bose and a zbox and this sounds better than both.

Set up is extremely easy and i have not had any audio sync problems. Only box was sent unpackaged. Both new models iirc have a better dac and are googlecast enabled.

Very powerful for only 170 watts, more than enough to annoy your neighbors. It gets pretty loud, but it won't shake the house.

Smart tv has arc hdmi connection it is very simple to hook up and use! It automatically recognizes when i decide to binge stream (using roku tv) and switches to arc sound from tv for terrific clarity.

Cons

The ht-xt1 cannot seem to switch to a valid input that has both audio and video signals when i turn on my tv and directv receiver. It always selects tv as the input which shows the video, but has no audio. Then it switches momentarily back to hdmi1, f... Read More

It used to be no baloney sony, now it's all baloney. Plenty courteous, but short on product knowledge. Gets very muddy, very quickly.
