Pros

Arizona hot homestead on you tube. It is as good as you would expect with one caveat. Its just terrific, plus small and light.

Great clarity and background noise cancelling. Works great with dragon speech to text by just sticking it into the usb connector. Comes with a usb cord so you can easily upload audio to your computer as well.

The battery lasts a long time. It does take aaa batteries so that does limit the amount of time you have to record -- i wish it was longer lasting. I also like that this runs on 2 aaa batteries.

Cons

The recorder produces a very high hissing sound. The microphone frequency range is very narrow. There are no instructions to even explain what the icons mean let alone what function they preform.

This is one of those cases where you really get what yo u pay for and if you got it cheap thats because it was made cheep. Defiantly not worth the price. What the heck is this product!

With new batteries (not the one included) battery goes immediate to 1/2 power left when i turn it on. This needs to have an a slide out usb flash drive that is built in like the olympus ws-821 voice recorders with 2 gb built-in-memory which has a usb ... Read More

It’s a shame that scam sellers are trying to turn amazon into ebay.

I give the recorder a 4 star and it would be a 5+star if i would have received complete instructions with it.

2021 or current sony’s have built in usb and much better capabilities.
