The icd-px470 has a built-in usb connector for a direct line to a computer. The only thing it doesn't have is a dedicated folder button for quick easy folder targeting. The icd app is very easy to use.

Unless you are a true audio nerd, this elegant little gizmo is easier to manage, with much longer battery life. This one is ok for general use and can be used as a music player, take dictation etc.

To say that this product was disappointing is an understatement. Buyer beware on this product. Terrible recorder. Had to return for refund.
