Pros

Radio reception is excellent thanks to the antenna being in the power cord. Quant au reste, c’est très bien. The am sounds like am (not as clear as fm), and the fm sounds nice.

I like the orange color of the numbers, it's softer than red. I wish the dimmer could bring the brightness level down further. Three levels of brightness.

Even at its most insistent, its sound isn't as annoying as most alarm clock. This item is intuitive, easy to tune, and esthetically better.

Cons

The clock itself is cheaply made and highly inaccurate. Instructions for setting time are confusing. The clock insists it's 2:00pm and won't allow me to manually adjust the time.

Very disappointed with this product. Very disappointing. Would not recommend buying" "the product seems ancient in both its sound and features. I'm surprised a well-known brand like sony would market a product so deficient in many areas!

No receipt was included or return address information. Ended up unplugging the first night. Got a full refund but had to pay $15 to ship it back. Wish you would send me a battery but it is just too much of a headache.

Radio tuner dial is primitive. Slider switch for buzzer/radio selection is hard to slide, non ergonomic. And the sound is quite poor.

I did bought this for radio on wake up but i guess in the description i skip the fake is not digital channel for the radio

There was also no owners manual included in the package.

Competitiveness

I had bought a similar sony clock in 2014 ; easy to set the alarms; maybe the radio sound is not great but does the job to wake up.
