Pros
Every app loads almost instantly and works without any lag. Apple airplay works really well and allows iphones to stream any video or sound to the tv. Android interface is smooth and quick, the apps are responsive and easy to navigate.
I have no complaints just pure awe, this is other worldly. Above all, this tv is an amazing one, cost affection and brilliant performance.
The sound on this tv is more than adequate. It has optical and audio over hdmi so should work with all sound bars. I use an old marantz amplifier connected to the optical sound output and a pair of excellent loudspeakers - it sounds fantastic.
There are a terrific number of features built into this tv. What’s more, it has excellent connectivities. This tv does everything.
Cons
Remote still has a text button but just to add insult to injury it does nothing. Can't get bbc text service despite holding a tv license. What a disappointment. Disappointed in sony as a brand.

Packaging/appearance
It was delivered quickly and in good quality super safe packaging.
The ambilight was a super pleasant surprise, i've never had anything like that before.
Say if you were watching a clip on youtube unfinished, next time you open it you will see the clip on the first page of the screen.
Competitiveness
Thanks to a 120hz screen refresh rate, everything feels buttery smooth.
I have a gaming monitor with 240hz refresh rate and i feel this tv is as smooth.
I was therefore already used to a high-quality tv.
99 for this 50inch model i do feel it is overpriced.

Led tvs have a reputation for having quite a narrow sweet spot outside of which the picture density reduces

On comparing the picture with an oled sony bravia in a showroom the oled was more vibrant but it cost £1000 more

I went through the hdmi port setup and had some trouble getting a picture at 4k from the sony x800m 4k blueray player
