Quality
Much better than his old tv and from what i've seen the picture quality is amazing.
I purchased the 32 tv and i am in love with the tv.
Picture quality is super; nothing to complain here from normally a big samsung fan.
Out of the box, the picture quality is great, find some preferred settings on the internet and it gets even better!
Price
The size is perfect for the room and the price was a bargain.
I love sony products and this is the cheapest price we have found it.
This tv is a very good balance between price, energy savings and multimedia fonctions.
It has good facilities, but i'm not very keen on the stand which is cheap and nasty (suppose it keeps the price down).
Packaging/appearance
Some may be put off by the slightly glossy plastic but i'm not fussed.
Competitiveness
A nice example of sony's abilitywould highly recommend!
Would prefer a better stand if i had to pay full price, but at the reduced price it's good value.
Apparently it's very low when compared against similar models.
By far the best picture on the market.

Because the center of gravity is quite low you have to choose wisely for your bracket though

A bracket that tries to hook both on top and bottom might have longer arms and then you can see them sticking out under your tv
