These are not the best-sounding earbuds even my cheaper soundcore buds are better. They send sound down the ear canal and don't block out street noise. This is not for small ears, after trying multiple attempts with m, s, and xs bands.

Difficult to fit in both my and my partners ears but can manage to get them in if you push really hard they can be a bit uncomfortable due to being too big

Mine are now broken after 18 months the right ear bud will not charge passed 50 and wont even last our morning dog walk any longer

I have tried every option to resolve including contacting sony support who will not repair even though this appears to be a clear manufacturing fault

They offered a paid repair which was nearly as expensive as a new set

I do wish i had purchased the black version as the white seems to absorb dirt which is quite hard to remove
