I've been using these with my fiio x3 for over 2 years now.
My fiio x3 has a bass slider, so it's perfect for these.
I've owned a similar sony in-ear model before these and they were almost as good, a lower quality model but they lasted for about 2.

I saw a video that explains how the human ear can not hear the enhanced frequencies of hi resolution audio so there is no point in investing in the technology
