Highlights
Quality
All in all, a very good product.
The open air system also helps with the prevention of the pressure build up common with closed headphones.
Sound quality is superb; almost as good as my sony mdr-v6, although the bright high frequencies sound just a hair flatter.
As far as audio quality, i'm not audiophilic enough to say much, but they sound great.
Competitiveness
Overall this is better than close back headphones i've owned within the same price range.
Finally, with regards to comfort, the self adjusting inner earpads for the drivers give an always perfect fit.
They're larger than you'd expect, even if you're used to studio-style headphones.

Also the leakage makes the headphones seem weaker in volume so you might have to crank the volume on your sound source by a bit 75 max volume on an ipod touch 4th generation
