Unfortunately the charging dock is specific to the headphones and after a while stops working and the only solution is to buy a complete set of headphones

Earplugs are quite big and sometimes i need to adjust them while swimming but so far they do the job and i am happy anyway even if next time i will probably opt for something smaller

Also it sometimes complains that the volume level has been set too high when it hasnt but these are just minor gripes and im sure they could be fixed by sony with a software update

Other users have reported issues with reduced volume when using the earbuds for inwater use the unit comes with changeable earbuds one set for normal use outofwater and one set for inwater

If they had only read through the operations manual that comes with it they would have known that when using the waterproof earbuds the max volume will be less than when using the standard earbuds due to the membrane in the earbud for preventing water getting into the unit
