Pros & Cons
Pros
The device itself is aesthetically pleasing. Build quality is nice, it has a good weight. Also, a nice sleek style.
The turntable works fine and is ideal for a beginner. It is lightweight and portable. For the money, with no amp or nothing, this table is amazing.
Plays smooth and clearly with factory stylus. The feature for ripping that i really enjoy is the automatic return at the end of the record.
Simple and easy to use. But it's pretty easy once you're familiarized. Connection to computer and downloading recordable software not difficult. Takes some focus while handling the thin, delicate belt.
The clarity is amazing! It's well made, sturdy, has amazing sound, and has great features. Sony has some pretty high-quality audio equipment on the lower end of the spectrum.
Cons
Dust cover packed on the bottom under all the weight. Only fragile portion was the thin plastic dust cover.
Highlights
Quality
A lot of people were complaining about you can't really upgrade it but i don't really see a need to the sound quality is already amazing.
We are not audiophiles by any means, but the difference in sound quality is tremendous between this new one and our vintage one.
The problem as i experienced is the bundling with the speakers.
The paint is matte and has a certain air canister sprayer quality (low quality) to it.
Price
For the features and the price i am happy with this choice.

That trend continues with this turntable - and i think it's an insane value compared to its competition in terms of features as well.
Previously bought a audio-technica at-lp60xbt-bk, and was super frustrated because it wouldn't pair with my samsung sound bar.
Sony turntable paired with a bluetooth yamaha soundbar & subwoofer.
