In my opinion, it is worth every penny of it.

4- a little priceyoverall solid choice for minimal compromise mid zoom for a6xxx series.

I paid about $620 for my lightly used copy.

This lens should be sold in the $400-$600 range.

Both copies from amazon were decentered and were returned (probably should of just paid taxes and got one direct from amazon).

Competitiveness

The one and only thing i find less than perfect is the fact that this expensive lens is f4 at best.

That said, adding the sony sel1670z vario-tessar to my sony a6000 has made a noticeable difference.
