Pros

Best in class, one of the sharpest. Beautiful bokeh, ultra sharp, and fast autofocus. It's metal so it does not swell up after touching it.

The clutch allows you to pull to manual and adjust micro focus as you're shooting. It has a unique push-pull af/mf switching system and af lock button. Mf mode has hard stops at cfd and infinity.

Easy to use. It has an intuitive design and functionality.

The weight is not objectionable, but it does sometimes make hand held shots a challenge. That sigma 18 to 35 is heavy as a tank as well. The 90mm f/2. Max apertureoss image stabilization.

Using the a7ii, iso was cranked to 2500 with a 1/125 shutter. It is such a stomper pair to have since they both are e mount.

Cons

"it does not matter how sharp this lens is at any given depth of field -- it’s totally useless to me" would not connect to my sony a7iii. In auto mode, the lens does a lot of hunting for a good sharp shot.
