Pros

Easy setup is a plus and sony equipment just works with little hassle. Everything now works together quite well, and i'm sure that i've only scratched the surface of the system's capabilities.

The auto-calibration has this menagerie blending together seamlessly. Screws instead of * for speaker inputs are the only annoyance.

Product retails for $400 and was on here for under $200. The 1200 appears to be one of sony's premier line receivers and you definitely have to pay the extra dough to get one.

Despite sony bashing by many, i am very satisfied with my purchase. Nice receiver as a whole. Excellent shipping time.
